Berlin Packaging, the world’s largest Hybrid Packaging Supplier®, specialized in glass, plastic and metal packaging and closures announced today the inauguration of its new EMEA headquarter in Trezzano sul Naviglio.
This new building of 3.000 m2 is a former warehouse that reflects Berlin Packaging’s values: innovation, sustainability, employees’ welfare and attention to local communities. As a hybrid packaging supplier, the company represents 360° partner that combines design and innovation with manufacturing services and customer solutions in the packaging industry.
The building features a large 200 m2 showroom with over 800 products on display illustrating the wide range of solutions across numerous end markets: from food and beverages to beauty, to personal care, and to industrial sector.
I am thrilled to inaugurate the Berlin Packaging EMEA headquarters: this opening is a clear representation of the impressive growth our company is experiencing in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We chose Milan as it is the city famous for innovation and design, and we will continue to forge ideas and innovations for the packaging industry in the territory

The new HQ: people and the local territory at the center
The building has been designed by Studio RBS Group that in the past took care of the improvement of the company’s office in Albaredo d’Adige. The HQ project was based on the idea of change management. It was developed by refurbishing a former warehouse and converting it into new, cutting-edge office that is in line with the company’s path and mission, focused on sustainability, local community development, and employees’ welfare.
The real challenge was to turn a warehouse into a certified green building while placing employees’ welfare at the center and offering versatile spaces for both individuals and teams, as well as to promote staff creativity and productiveness.
With the aim of further improving time spent in the office, designers created numerous green areas, both inside the building – to ensure excellent air quality – and outside, building a dry garden with a dazzling range of plants.
The inauguration of the new headquarters proves company’s commitment to support the local area and its community. In addition to the building construction, Berlin Packaging has been recently involved in the enhancement of the Gioia and Virgilio public parks in Trezzano sul Naviglio.
In Italy, our company aims to have a strong local imprint: being close to the territory and taking care of employees’ well-being represent an important value for the company that grows in a responsible and sustainable way.
