Reports of violations of the law, and in particular Violations (as defined in the Whistleblowing Policy), can be a useful tool to identify and promptly manage any risks to which the group companies may be exposed.

For this reason, the Berlin Packaging group provides an IT portal – managed by an external provider – through which employees and all those who come into contact with group companies (for example, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, etc.) can report offences that have occurred or that they believe may occur in the context of activities carried out by or on behalf of Berlin Packaging.

The management of reports is governed by the Whistleblowing Policy – available for download below – in order to guarantee the confidentiality of the content as well as the identity of the whistleblowers and those linked to them.
