An historic bitter that combines past and present
We had the honour of collaborating with a historic company, Sangallo – Distilleria Cinque Terre for the restyling of the packaging of Amaro – Camatti.
We are talking about an ancient liqueur that is a Genoese speciality, produced by the infusion of flowers, herbs and aromatic roots.
The idea of Distilleria Sangallo was to maintain the historicity of the bottle, while giving it a new face, which further highlighted its content.
Our Studio One Eleven has interpreted the client’s needs, combining tradition and innovation in unique packaging.
Compared to the original design, the shoulder is more rounded, giving the product a more sinuous and modern look. The reference to history is also found in the label, which has maintained its original characteristics, in colour and description.
Amaro Camatti won 3 medals at the World Liqueur Awards, one of the main competitions for professionals in the sector: Best Italian Herbal, World’s Best Bitter and the gold medal among Italian bitters.
