Berlin Packaging, the world’s largest Hybrid Packaging Supplier® specializing in the supply of glass, plastic and metal packaging and closures, presents its unique research and development approach to the packaging market exclusively at Paris Packaging Week, which makes the company’s many years of experience in creating innovative, sustainable packaging solutions in line with the latest trends available to customers.

At the Berlin Packaging Spirits Division stand, it will be possible to discover all the stages of development of packaging solutions in the world of Spirits, a process that is possible thanks to Studio One Eleven, the company’s in-house design studio that combines creative and technical forces thanks to the presence of designers, engineers and marketing experts who are active in various EMEA offices of the Group.

The research and development process we implement is a source of great pride for us, and we are proud to be able to offer our customers extremely innovative, sustainable packaging proposals that materialize in a very fast time to market. The approach we present at Paris Packaging Week to our Spirits division allows us to be truly competitive and always one step ahead of the market.

Paolo Recrosio

CEO, Berlin Packaging EMEA

The development work in Spirits starts from the analysis of customer needs and market data and then proposes the first product concepts. We then proceed with the creation of test models to verify the necessary technical requirements, such as capacity, weight and stability. After creating a prototype and evaluating design, shape and functionality, we arrive at the final project, from which a real model of the finished product is developed, precise in details, shape, material and finish. Finally, limited production machines allow for the creation of the first samples and evaluation of their quality and functionality in collaboration with the internal NPD (new product development) team, and this guarantees compliance with all the parameters necessary for maximum quality production on a large scale.

For customers attending Paris Packaging Week, on 25 and 26 January at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles there will be the opportunity to discover all the details of the Berlin Packaging expertise.

The company will be present at the event as well as with the stand dedicated to the Spirits Division – at PLD, Stand D80 – also with a second space located at PCD, Stand E90, which will present the Berlin Beauty division, launched last year and which has now become the ideal partner and “one-stop-shop” for companies of any size operating in the Beauty sector, supporting them from product design to production, including primary packaging, secondary packaging, decoration and formula.
